2025 NCAA® Women's Final Four

On behalf of The Tampa Bay Sports Commission, thank you for your interest in becoming a Community Ambassador for the 2025 NCAA Women's Final Four taking place at Amalie Arena on April 4 & 6, 2025.  The goals of our Ambassador program are to generate an enthusiastic and warm welcome to guests visiting the area, provide information to visitors and contribute to the general atmosphere of excitement surrounding the championship.  We are seeking hard-working and enthusiastic individuals to lend their time, talent and knowledge to this prestigious event! Before proceeding with the registration process, please carefully review the important details listed below. IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER DETAILS:

1. AVAILABILITY:  All Community Ambassador opportunities will take place between April 1 - 6 at official hotels, the Tampa Convention Center, and other event venues. 
    
2. REQUIREMENTS:  
   • ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Please note, some roles will require individuals to stand and move around for the duration of each shift.
   • All Volunteers must sign up for a minimum of two volunteer shifts, PLUS a mandatory (virtual) orientation session. Registration cannot be completed until two shifts plus an orientation session are selected in the steps ahead. 
      
3. TRAINING: All volunteers are required to register for one (1) virtual training session taking place on the dates below. Individuals have the option to select a virtual option that best suits their needs and schedule. Training sessions will run through logistical details and inform volunteers of all information needed prior to the Women's Final Four week tipping off.Community Ambassadors will also receive an email with important training materials (including specific information about the event, their positions, and other important instructions) in advance of shifts. These materials should be reviewed in detail prior to your shift. In select cases (not all), additional training will be provided after shift check-in on the day of the event. 
   • Monday, March 24, 2025 (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST)
   • Wednesday, March 26, 2025 (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST)
   • Friday, March 28, 2025 (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST)
      
4. BACKGROUND SCREENINGS: All volunteers are REQUIRED to complete a background check for all volunteer positions. These background screens are done by an independent third party at NO COST TO YOU. The link to complete the background check will be accessible once registration is complete. 
    
5. UNIFORM:  Community Ambassadors will receive uniforms prior to their shift (details to be provided). The uniform should be worn during all shifts with clean and well-maintained black or khaki long pants or shorts and comfortable shoes. 
    
6. VOLUNTEER PERKS: Community Ambassadors will receive an official polo and pullover of the 2025 NCAA Women's Final Four Championship. Food and snacks will not be provided unless working an extended shift (which will be provided in the shift details/requirements). Complimentary parking will be provided, with further details and instructions to be included in the Volunteer Orientation and Training.
